"The staff were very nice and informative. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. There were many useful amenities to make the stay more convenient and the hotel location was a great central area to all the places visited as a tourist. The hotel itself was a very modern industrial style and effectively utilized all available space to ensure guests were properly accommodated. The surrounding aesthetics were relaxing, filled with beautiful nature and eco-friendly designs. Would highly recommend staying at this location as a tourist."

"One thing that was very nice was a microwave on the 1st floor if you needed one. The hotel is directly connected to Queens Square, which has many restaurants and stores. Then, right across the street is Mark Is, another terrific shopping mall with many restaurants and stores. And Mark Is is directly connected to Minatomirai Station, where you'll be catching the train most of the time. But if you don't catch the train, you can just take a short 15 minute walk to the heart of Minatomirai, and have fun at Cosmo World, shop at the best shopping building, World Porters, or make your own Cup of Noodles at the Cup Noodle Museum, all within a short walking distance. Also, the hotel rooms are larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, our view from the 14th floor was amazing, and the staff are helpful and cheerful."

"This is the best hotel I stayed at during my Tokyo-Yokohama-Hakone trip. The largest room, great breakfast buffet, polite staff, great amenities, especially the baths and lounge area. Tucked away from the busy city, much more calm and serene. A very short walk to the train station to get everywhere else. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had an amazing time at the Ten-Yu Hakone Property. Staff was helpful, we got very nice mountain facing rooms, and they gave us rooms together per our request. The rooms were super clean and beautiful. The dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent. we just wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could."
