My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day.."

"The hotel is well-situated near some quaint coffee shops & sarabat shops with authentic Malaysian food. 😋😋 There’re stalls which open at night too. The hotel staff are all cheery & very helpful. I had called Housekeeping for an extra firm pillow & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. 💫 Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety & it is of good quality as well. The laksa is a must-try!! ❤️‍🔥 All in all, a wonderful stay here!! 朗Highly recommended!! 💞"
