Spacious amd clean two bedroom apartment for 6 of us (with two elementary school-going children). Everything works well from wifi, electronics, water heater and aircons. Location was great as it's just 5-10 mins drive from central Malacca with many great dining options nearby. Will consider staying again next time.

Instructions for check-in are given in detailed. The customer service personnel Jason is very helpful. He provided the nearby attraction and also nearby food for us to explore. Room is spacious mattress is very hard and uncomfortable and sunken in . The bed is too close to the wardrobe and the door can’t be opened so I was not able to use the wardrobe . Shower holder is faulty and couldn’t hold shower head properly and keeps dropping off when I turn off the shower and I struggle to fix it back many times Balcony door lock is also faulty and loose Towels provided is not very clean and it looks unhygienic and dirty It would have been an excellent stay had this Property been managed better

GREAT STAY!

it was awesome area..check in smooth. everything was good..and clean! the aircond remote did give me some problem. but i did fix it and they are very attentive . basically replied everything you ask in a very short time. Helpful i would say! make me feel like home.

New experience, nice stay

Fabulous host for this homestay, full check in details were provided before the staying period, house is definitely clean and the facilities are very new experience which we enjoyed. At first we worry a bit as this is not a hotel stay but overall the host arranged it like the property registration and even recommend places to visit in Malacca, thumbs up! :)

3D2N stay

Great. The unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms max 7 to 8 ppl. Important it is not stuffy when we first walk into the unit. Had good sleep. Management do provide mop and floor cleaner. Plates, mugs, utensil, frying pan too. For muslim pls bring your own purification soap (sabun sertu) To me the building is clean and there's crowd. Hope management can maintain the cleanliness of the building and all units for better stay. Thank you ihousing team.
