"The advert was exceptionally deceiving. The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom. They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. "This place is awful. Every bed has stains on the sheets. Some have blood, others dirt. Our son's bed has sand in it. The bathrooms are dirty - there is mold growing in the showers, and the toilets haven’t been cleaned. The glass shower doors are filthy. The rags for the kitchen: were hard and crusted on the kitchen counter where they were left to dry. The kitchen sponge is at least 8 months old. It’s disgusting.
