Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay."

"Amazing no issues with the room at all"

"No water bottles in the room. No soundproof windows installed where all the street traffic noise can easily sound penetration. No breakfast included. Hidden fees of $129.35 will apply to your credit card and $100 additional deposit fees. The cafe food is very much average and nothing delicious. "

"The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work. "

"WE had a broken pipe in our bathroom. We notified the staff immediately. I fell asleep fully clothed waiting for the egineer who never arrived. WE had a hot showe running from 7pm to 10am. It took 3 phone calls for them to get all the water off the windows and the windowsills. The room was a humid, swaet box for the first 2 days of our visit."

"Room was dirty. Upon arrival they only cleaned the room every other day they did not clean our room once during our three day stay. Parked in the parking lot across from the hotel Metropolis car was stolen."

"The room I stayed in was in good condition with clean blankets and towels, and a decent temperature that tended to be on the cold side. The worst thing was the women's bathroom had one of the two showers broken the whole time I was there and one of the two toilets on the floor out of order. There were 10 women in my room and at least 6 other rooms, all fully booked, so we had to share one toilet and one shower. Other than that, the facilities were OK. The kitchen was nice and there was storage...

"We have stayed twice now and both times the room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful and eager to give any information and/or recommendations about the area. The only drawback was that there wasn’t room service and the restaurants on site were pricey. "

"The restaurant is under construction and we weren’t notified prior to booking. There was a race scheduled for Sunday morning and it make valet check out impossible, the hotel staff (Sashon) didn’t notify us during check in. And Sunday he was very condescending and rude during the checkout.
