"Staff knocked on the door at 9am, 2 days in a row for room sevice i think 10 or 10.30 sounds better. We woke up from our sleep. Breakfast needs more variety like scrambled eggs too."

"The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). "I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with lots of options, and both the pool and fitness room were well kept and enjoyable to use. Definitely made my...

"We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back."

"We had a very nice stay at the Hilton DFW Executive Conference Center. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The water stayed hot, and the shower pressure was excellent, always appreciated after a long day of travel. The fitness room was one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used, and having two restaurants onsite was very convenient. Overall, the staff and facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again."
