"The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). "Breakfast is as pretty amazing. Love that. The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so...

"First room chair desk broken I almost fell, bathroom shower rail broken, only 2 towels, no hand towel or wash towel. We pay for 3 people. They change our room, also broken chair 💺not enough toilet paper and only one trash can. Pool did not work for 3 days. Day service in front desk very unpleasant. You need to put presentable people in rhe front."

"The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

"Staff upon check in was great. Room was clean and smelled great. The shower was nice and spacious but was built bad because a lot of the water drained out into the main bathroom, there was not lip to keep the water in the shower. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the run off in order to not have a slipping issue in the middle of the night. Luckily the towel cart was out that morning so we grabbed a few on the way by. "It was very busy but Kayla was very helpful. She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered."

"I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. "The room itself was okay and was clean. Wifi sucked with a very poor signal. No TV channel guide and the night guy was no help. No local stations could be found. The outside of the building was poorly maintained. People left their trash in the parking lot but staff doesn't get rid of it. I hate people who leave trash in a parking lot but staff not getting rid of it makes it worse. Trash cans outside the building were overflowing and needed emptied.
