"First room chair desk broken I almost fell, bathroom shower rail broken, only 2 towels, no hand towel or wash towel. We pay for 3 people. They change our room, also broken chair 💺not enough toilet paper and only one trash can. Pool did not work for 3 days. Day service in front desk very unpleasant. You need to put presentable people in rhe front."

"The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

"The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts."

"Breakfast is as pretty amazing. Love that. The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so...

"Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could...

"I booked the room late Saturday night and traveled to the hotel. Once I arrived the staff informed me that the hotel was being renovated and that we couldn’t use any of the facility. Also we had to walk around the building to get to our room because the hallways were blocked off. Breakfast was terrible and extremely limited. When I mentioned to the staff that hotel wasn’t worth the price they said they had sent an email out 30 minutes prior to my arrival to warn me of all the renovations. I will...
