The pool was closed. There no microwave in the room only in lobby. It was dirty. The housekeeping didn’t clean rooms with two queens so they only had a king bed.

The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly but wasn't informed about the hotel operations. One of the days I reserved was cancelled and staff didn't know how to fix it. Although it was Expedia's fault. We didn't get our room cleaned and had to call the front desk for towels even though house keeping were on the floor.

It’s a very unique hotel with so many details I’d duplicate in my own home! The breakfast options were amazing! There’s a completely automatic pancake maker! The rooms had lights everywhere, the bathroom was large with these huge dispensers for soap, shampoo, and even body lotion. Just wonderful all around!

It's great!! Staff was great at check-in. My only critic is the snack bar is way overpriced. It would go a long way to have snacks available for purchase without the massive up charge.

At the checkin I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. After this I was given another room and this room there was no shampoo, totally out. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Property seemed new. Location is good. I would stay again.
