"The hotel was beautiful and well kept. It is situated in a very safe and walkable part of Chicago. The hotel doors are locked after 9pm with access only via hotel card. I felt very safe and secure there. Lots of food options and attractions nearby to walk to. The staff were very friendly and there is a designated ride share spot. The room is well stocked with snacks and drink assortments (for additional charge) but super convenient! My only complaint was the hotel restaurant was short...

"We had a reservation for 3 rooms for 2 nights but unfortunately did not get to stay there. They had overbooked which I thought was terribly rude. They knew we were coming but did not honor the reservation. They did find us rooms at a different hotel which was $100 less per room per night than the one we reserved. Also, it did not have free breakfast or valet parking. We were given a credit to use for breakfast at the 2nd hotel but unfortunately it did not cover the entire bill. We had made...
