"A fantastic stay from start to finish. Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept spotless."

"Spacious and near shopping street. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only complaint is that it was hard to control the temperature of the shower head. Also, security wise can tighten as anybody can just go into the lift to go to the hotel levels. Otherwise, highly recommended "

"Great location to get to many places of attractions and authentic restaurants. The hotel is also located right next to the open markets to get a quick bites all days long. Shopping malls are just one stop away by subways and it’s only cost ¥3.00. I encourage everyone should take either the subway option or local bus to get around towns and it is VERY inexpensive. And have more money to enjoy the local foods and souvenir to bring home for friends and families. "

"I had a great stay here - the bed was so comfortable with nice soft pillows, and they had a free to use washing machine and drier which was great. The staff were so helpful, one helped me order a phone charger online when my foreign number wouldn’t work. I would definitely recommend! "

"Centrally located hotel with a beautiful lobby, restaurants, and pool/spa area. The rooms were a little dated and the breakfast does not have fresh seafood like in the photos but it was still a lovely stay"
