"As always great Ritz Carlton Service, location is perfect, however the rooms are super old - we stayed there over 12 years ago and the rooms needed renovation than, and they STILL is in badly need of renovation."

"An amazing stay! I got upgraded to a room with a better river view and the perfect view of the bund.The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bund and the river yet super quiet. Everything was clean, smelt fresh, and was the most at home I felt in a hotel (I been to quite a few). The staff was helpful especially those at the restaurant Fifty 8 shout out to Carrie who was our server! Even the ayi (cleaning lady) was super nice, she found out I spoke Mandarin and was telling me about her hometown of Henan. The room service was delicious and I ordered basically everyday. This was my first time choosing MO and now I am officially a fan!"
