"Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. "

"Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food...

"Love the villa and ambience. The helper Rai is so helpful and very good in cooking. The only minus point is, onthe very last day are just finished massage (we booked masseues to our villa) we are all in sarung / towel and getting prepare for bath and suddenly there are men standing in our hall ( villa staff). I was shocked to death as we are Muslim ladies and non men other than family member should be allowed to be in the villa. This happened as the next guest had request for early check in.....

"From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. Quiet and peaceful area in Denparsa with a spectacular view of the beach and the surrounding vista from a high point whilst one is partaking a meal at breakfast, lunch or dinner. "There’s no place quite like this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay here every time I go to Bali because it’s so amazing. The unique rooms, the amazing staff, the incredible pools the beautiful Resturant. it all works so well. Jimbaran is a fast paced area, but a great location and the property is tucked back in the most beautiful location. I almost don’t wanna recommend this hidden gem."

"敷地内に４つのホテル、朝食会場も内容は同じですが雰囲気が違うので3か所で食べてみてください。とおっしゃってくださいました。無料シャトルで移動したり、歩ける範囲も多いので毎日敷地内だけなのに8千歩歩いていました。気になったのは、階段がとても多く、手すりは全くないので大変そうだと感じました。でも車椅子の方も来ていたのでヴィラだとバトラーもつくし良いのでは？と感じました。日本の夏より涼しく過ごしやすかったです。バリの文化を学ぶ場所があり、日本語の解説もあるので良かったです。"
