They reached out ahead of time to schedule dinner reservations too. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly and helpful. They took care of everything, breakfast was scheduled, a taxi was scheduled, and the room was on the ground floor as requested, I loved jt and will stay there again if I am ever back in Southampton.
