"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed up. Furthermore, the bathroom had only cold water and no toiletries were provided, other than toilet paper. To make matters worse, because it was raining and the window frames were not sealed, water from the gutters was pouring straight onto a tin surface. The noise was so loud that it was impossible to get to sleep."
