The staff weren't very helpful. I had requested an early check in but they didn't accommodate it. The normal Check in time is way too late, this is the first time I see that the check in time is at 6pm. This is very inconvenient. Overall a poor experience!

I stayed here few times for convenience, even though it is quite overpriced. Service is getting worse and worse. The last stay in March 2024 just hit all times low - there was a very loud constuction noise from 11.30 pm till 4 am, it was absolutely impossible to sleep (after 14 hour flight and before another 5 hours flight - not something I was looking forward to). I understand there could be some issues out of management control, but the stuff did not offer any solution. Front desk employee even told me to go and talk to construction workers myself. When I requested some refund or any other compensation due to this inconvenience, the answer was “we are sorry”. Facilities are ok, but this kind of service is just not appropriate.

The only convenience is the location. The rooms are windowless modules that are clean and comfortable, but do not meet similar quality comfort found around the Airport for half the daily rate they charge. Since it is a in Airport Hotel, time should run for them different. I arrived early morning and had another flight in the evening. They would charge me two nights for a ten hour day stay. Ridiculous!

Stayed at Yotel Landside to avoid risking Istanbul traffic for an early morning departure — exceptionally convenient, the hotel entrance is right in the departures hall so just a quick walk on check-out to go drop off luggage and enter security. The room was very small but had exactly what's needed and was very quiet and comfortable. The adjustable bed was particularly great and the "window" lightbox was a nice addition in a windowless room. That said, you definitely pay a substantial premium for the convenience of being co-located within the airport, this was the most expensive night of my trip.

Very conveniently located hotel, inside the terminal. Ideal if you have an early flight to catch. Spartan accommodation in windowless room, but comfortable bed. Space under bed to store suitcases (like in a ship). 24 hour restaurant on premises.

Nothing special about this hotel except that you are making yourself comfortable if you happen to be in a situation which wont let you go into the city. For example if your flight is at an odd time next day or you have a short stop over that is not feasible to go into the city but still long enough that may not have you wait in the terminals.

It's hard to describe how terrible my experience was at Yotel in Istanbul airport. There was constant drilling, my room was tiny, it cost a fortune, and I got food poising from clearly off meat. The reaction of the staff was denial and no compensation - the stuff of nightmares - avoid at all costs!

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. Front desk staff is borderline rude. The corridor smelled like an outhouse. The rooms are Spartan.

Comfortable and convenient but expensive and very basic for the price, not even tea/coffee making facilities. Check-in time of 6pm and check-out of 9am is not consistent with the general hotel industry, early check-in is available @ 15 euro per hour. Ok for an overnight layover between flights.
