We do not have bugs in our hotel, we do disinfections every month. Some people bring bugs with them, same situation was with you, be careful next time.

Shame on you! You checked in and went somewhere. Then you said you will come back in few days. Then you did not show up but we still kept your room! Then you wanted refund, but your reservation is non-refundable. You have no right to rate or review about our hotel. SHAME ON YOU!!!

The service staff Mr Davoot was very caring. He can remember every person that stays in the hotel. Feel very safe as he took initiative to check on people whether do they really stay in that hotel. Hotel is small but nearby many places of interest. Worth to stay in.

Great location
The staff really make this hotel what it is. They cannot do enough for you and are knowledgeable too, The location is great as the attractions are close by. However… there are no tea making facilities in the room. There is no safe. No shelf in the bathroom for any cosmetics. The beds were lumpy and need replacing. Cleaner kept leaving our windows open even though our room was on street level. With no safe and us out all day, this wasn’t ideal. There were 2 power cuts during the 3 days we stayed. We couldn’t shower, no wifi and couldn’t see anything at 8am. No local area maps. If it wasn’t for the staff, we would have checked out and found somewhere else.

First of all thanks for the feedback. In the room we have kettle and cups. Beds are new, not even a year old. The power cuts were regional, not only in our hotel, it was areal issue. When it comes to maps, these days everyone is using google maps and such, so local maps are unnecessary. Anyways thank you!

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Davut and Murat. Davut helped us to solve personal problems, which is extra to his job responsibilities. The hotel is clean, changes towels daily and bed linens every 2 days. Perfect value for the money you pay.

Normally when someone books a double room he/she cannot bring the third person to the room. You were 2 women, wanted to bring third person to the room after midnight. This happened several times of your stay. And the 3rd person that you wanted to bring was a man. And our reception staff did not let that happen and warned you several times. All these things are against our hotel's rules. Kind regards!

The front entrance is at a steep sloped road. Dangerous. Room space is ok but shower head needs replacement. Staff is helpful and reasonably curteous (for Turks). Towells replaced and room cleaned daily. Better than Askoc Hotel by miles.

The towels, linens, bed sheets and covers are unclean with holes and burns. The only lady that prepares the breakfast wasn't available so there was no breakfast available at the hotel. The room bathroom was clean with available toiletries.

The location was amazing the hotel itself was rubbish. The pictures tell us lies, my room had no window, no toilet roll, and no blanket. I went looking and found a duvet cover and used that as a blanket, told the staff but they did nothing about it. There were ants in the bathroom and the room was tiny. I felt like I was in darkness with no windows, the lighting was rubbish. My stay at the hotel ruined my whole experience of Istanbul.

1. Pictures do not lie, you booked economic double room (cheapest one), even on the pictures you can see the small window, do not say that there was no window. Standart rooms have bigger windows of course, you chose budget one.2. Blanket is in the wardrobe, you did not see that and thought there was no blanket. Our staff always helps with guests' problems. There is always toilet roll in the rooms, you do not have to lie about that3. At least you should have discussed your unhapinnes about the room, we would've helped you, but you did not say a word about it. 4. Some people choose the cheapest room and expect luxury room, I think you are one of them. We have deluxe rooms also but you did not book them.

Well located, minutes walk to many interesting places, bad review, bed and towels are not change daily, we stay 3 days, using the same sheets, I have to requested clean towels.some small inconvenience, but this hotel is well situated. Will book again, just be a more prepared.

Nu is a banging hotel inbthe center of Suktanahmet. Close to the train. Theres a cistern nearby with an awesome light show and the prayer calls arent too loud. The staff was excellent. Always nice and smiling and chatty. My moms room on the 2nd floor was tiny. Like jail cell small with no view. My room on the 6th floor was AWESOME! Big, 2 beds, nice views of a courtyard. Nice tv and big bathroom. The terrace has probably the best views of the Sea of Marmara. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Try and stay on the 6th floor.

This hotel is very near to the Sultanahmet area. The T1 tram is nearby which takes you to all the major attractions that Istanbul offers. The room was clean and the water cooler at the lobby was a big convenience. There was a terrace that gives a great view of the sea. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The AC in the room was not very cold but the rest of the stuff was great!

The room had a fridge but it was not in use. There was a kettle but no cups or water (no bar fridge) ect to utilise the kettle. The staff at reception seemed very uninterested keeping customers happy, I requested a taxi be called and they made a few excuses and said they could call a taxi they know … who took me for a ridiculous ride … a 20km ride turned into a 49km ride! I certainly won’t be staying there again. The power went out at one point and another customer came out of his room to check the surge stopper on the floor. As for the things that make a boutique hotel; they do not provide anything but soap to wash hands so pack your own shampoo body wash tea coffee water and cups if you plan on staying here.

Thanks for the feedback but...You come in the morning and gave the key, made your check-out. Said something with really lower voice and there were other people too. Then we asked you did you want something and arranged the taxi for you. Now this is the best part, you were on wrong taxi, some taxi stopped and took you. Our driver came after him, so it is not our fault. You took all of your stuff and went outside, you should've waited at the reception.Ayşe hanım siz bize haksızlık ettiniz, ama sağlık olsun, belli ki ortada yanlış anlaşılma var.

Great location, beautiful roof terrace, great and helpful front desk guys Room was nice and quiet. Only thing they should improve cleanliness of the room and most importantly they should changed their towels asap for better quality and sizes . Also sometimes takes all day to get new clean towels .
