Quiet and clean room

Very friendly & helpful staff during check-in & out. The room was quite and very quiet which is exceptional for such a busy neighbourhood. The amenities were sufficient

Will stay again if coming back to Anatolian side

I really liked this hotel, the service was great and so friendly, it included a typical Turkish breakfast which was the perfect size. The room was comfortable, modern, large and clean. The price was also excellent considering the location - it's so close to so many bars, the sea, the metro - Would definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through Istanbul.

The current ratings for this hotel do not align with what I experienced. From arriving, there was confusion regarding my stay and the staff seemed to be unsure of my booking. The room itself is dirty and needs to be updated. Along with a strong odor of cigarettes. The hotel is extremely noisy, I was awoken multiple times during the night even with earplugs. The most alarming part of my stay was the lack of reception. I did not see staff at all during the day and night, this was extremely worrying as a solo traveler. (24/7 front desk is also mentioned in their profile) If you’d like a hostel-like hotel with absolutely no perks this is for you. I will note that the location is nice and the air conditioning worked very well.

Yıl olmuş 2025 sıcak su akmıyor??? Sabahın köründe buz gibi duş almak zorunda kaldım, yataklar cok rahatsız yastık kılıfı takmaya bile gerek görmemişler. Yatak toz kokuyordu. Alan geniş ve ferah otelin konumu çok iyi ve banyo temiz ancak konforsuz bi konaklama.

Temiz ve Konforlu

Konumu mükemmel. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Engelliler için uygun olması, hayvan dostu olması bizi bağlamasa bile bunlara dikkat edilmesine çok sevindik. Oda çok konforlu ve genişti, tavan yükseklikleri de yüksekti. Odamız bahçeye baktığı için ufak bir sinek sorunumız vardı bunu çalışanlara bildirdiğimizde çok yardımcı oldular ve sorunumuzu hallettiler.

Tarihi bir köşk, oldukça şık ve zevkli dekore edilmiş bir otel. Kadıköy’ün merkezine yakın olması büyük avantaj. Hem konforlu hem de temizdi. Kısa bir şehir kaçamağı için ideal, çok memnun kaldım.

Odalardan çok fazla ses geliyordu ,merdivende yürüyen biri olduğu zaman ses içeride yankılanıyordu ve en kötüsü birisi odanın kapısını açmayı denedi kapıyı açtığımda deneyen kişi gitmiş en azından özür dilenebilirdi.

Odada yerlerdeki saçlar ayağımıza dolandı zemin çok kirliydi banyodaki armatür bozuktu duş almak mümkün olmadı çay ve su vardı temız havlu da vardı herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi ama hijyen ve tesisat kontrolü yapmanızı tavsiye ederim

Merhabalar 25 -26 Ocak 2025 tarihinde 2 oda rezervasyon yaptık . Daire 7 perdeler pis , yatak örtüleri sararmış.cok kötüydü..oda da ciddi bi ısınma problemi vardı.giriş saatimiz 13.30 olmasına rağmen gece 23.00 gibi giriş yaptık . Ona rağmen temizlik yapılmamış .. gece geç saat olmasa , uygulamdan ödeme yapmamış olsak . Odayı terketmeyi düşünmüştük

Oda çok konforlu ve rahat hissettirdi, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve tatlıydı, konum olarak zaten Kadıköy meydanı'na 5 dakika mesafede çevrede bulabileceğiniz en güzel otellerden bir. Ayrıca lobide oturan küçük gri kediyi çok sevdik:)

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer war sauber, hell und freundlich mit kleinem Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel, Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in Kadıköy. Alle Fähren und Busse sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, auch der Transfer zum Flughafen Sabiha Gökçen. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen!!!

Zimmer nochmal gründlich reinigen und werden uns Mühe geben" Das kann man wohl als zahlender Gast von vornherein erwarten. Wir haben uns entschlossen, danach in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen, wo es Decken und auch ein sauberes Bad gab.
