It's very clean and friendly place in the heart of Besiktas with vary reasonable prices. My favorite spot.

Property was in a premium spot, and very close to shopping and transportation. Property not well maintained and lots of stuff falling apart or already missing (mirror, shower head, closet handle, bed head, etc). Bed sheets had some stains. Staff not well versed in English. Overall, it was OK for the price paid.

Terrible experience. We had booked and paid online but the day we got there, they told us that the room which we had booked and paid for had been given to another person. so we had to search for another hotel since there was no other empty room. We lost our time and money...

The worst
Nothing can be worse than staying in this hotel. I had paid for six days but had to leave in three days. Me and my family have experienced to sleep with wearing face mask 😷 the whole night. It was difficult to breathe because smoke there and i don't know where it came from No elevator you have to carry your luggage by stairs yourself Can't say even one word positive about this hotel

The worste customer service
I can’t believe this customer service of website!!! It is 4th days that i wrote them for refund my money because tgis hotel is cheated and don’t use it at all! Now they send me email for the review of my staying!!!! Is it a joke!!! Wworste website, cheated and dirty hotel with rude personel. The website don’t answer about tgis issue and just wasting tome!!!

Booked but hotel said not available room
When we arrived we were told they didn't have an available room, although we had paid and booked online. It took sometime with calls between the hotel and theçç hotels.com, however they couldn't sort out. We had to fimd somewhere else 9 pm on the same day. We still couldn't get refund yet either from hotels.com although they said they were trying to get the money from the hotel. Disappointment from the hotel as well as from hotels.com.

1: bedbugs (pl ask me for videos) 2: the gentleman at desk smoked all his shift leaving the staircase and room full of acrid smoke: like sleeping in a smoker's lounge 3: when asked not to smoke states it's a non smoking hotel and no one is smoking here! 4: mattress and bed covered in thick polythene sheets (I later knew why: bedbugs!) sleeping was uncomfortable 5: staff spoke ZERO English and not keen to help. I caught two bedbugs and gave to the smoking gent, he waived his hands in air like spraying something! Left next day as didn't want to catch an illness. Worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life, would not recommend and would asking for refund from Expedia thank you.

Very disappointed
Falsely advertised room wifi. When our devices didn't connect, the receptionist told us the upper rooms wifi only works with turkish devices. That is not stated anywhere. The room was very dirty with thick layers of dust in the ventilations.

Ben tek kişilik odada kaldım görsellerde su ısıtıcı ve çay kahve ikramı dolapta su ve soda vardı, otele geldim dolap boş su ısıtıcı ve ikram yok yatak kırık yastık kötü temizlik kötü hatta resepsiyonda ki arkadaştan sıcak bişey varsa içebilirmiyim dedim bizde yok dışardan içeceğinizi alırsanız biz sıcak su ayarlarız dedi... Ne güzel... Mümkünse hangi otel olursa olsun ödeme şeklini otelde öde olarak seçin kendiniz görün ve ona göre karar verin bence. Başka odalar nasıldır hizmet nasıldır bilemem ben kendi tecrübemi yazıyorum.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bilder haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Die Zimmer Türen lassen sich alle mit dem selben Schlüssel öffnen. Es ist dreckig und sehr unsicher. Geht da auf keinen Fall hin.

Je n’arrive toujours pas à comprendre que ebookers puissent mettre dans son site ce genre d’établissement, un état de crasse indescriptible, pas de draps , pas de nettoyage et insalubrité totale … Je vous fais un mail avec les photos .. Barbaros Meydanın dibinde otel, gezmek için geliyorsanız mükemmel bir konumda. Vapur, otobüs, tramvay her yere ulaşımınız var. Odada sıcak su vardı. Oda genel anlamıyla temizdi. Buz dolabı kirliydi sadece onun dışında klima ve kalorifer güzel ısıtıyordu.
