"The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing."

"3 nights stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good A/C. There is an adjoining door to the neighbor so when they were talking loud i could hear it through my room. Other than that, it is very quiet. Not accessible to Ipoh Old town by foot. Easy to get a Grab car. Overall pleasant stay."
