I didn't care for our check in at all! We upgraded to the romance package, checked in and entered a room that wasnt what we ordered. Just to have to call down, wait and then move rooms!! The customer service coild have been better with addressing our concerns. Especially since this was for my birthday. It was our first time visiting this hotel and i wasnt impressed at all.

The property and rooms were not like the pictures. The wooden door frames on the rooms looked like they had been busted in. We had to switch rooms due to a big stain on our comforter. The second comforter has little blood stains on it. The front desk woman said “sorry we don’t have housekeeping”. We were given toilet paper rolls that were half way gone, there were splatter stains on the bathroom walls and small hairs in the shower. There were also no outlets on one side of the bed. Would not stay here again.
