Rooms are completely outdated. Bathrooms don't need a towel rack in the shower but they are inconveniently there. Shouldn't have to pay for parking or breakfast if you book a room here especially considering it's a bit pricier than other places. Front desk staff was nice

The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. The front desk hostess was Sandra and she was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, polite, helpful and accommodating. If every business had a "Sandra" at their front desk the world would be a better place. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was easy to access with parking close. Room was clean and quiet, didn’t hear other guests at all. The staff were always exceptionally polite and helpful. The gym had all the basics, was clean, and equipment was clean and functional. Overall would stay again.

This was our first stay at the Double Tree. It was recommended to us by a friend that has stayed there numerous times while attending a Wild hockey game. During our stay we didn't take advantage of the conveniences that the Double Tree has to offer, such as breakfast and the bar. We were there to attend the Wild hockey game at the Grand Casino Arena. The sky-walk was our preferred method of travel to the arena as recommended by a friend. The sky-walk was a VERY disappointing experience for first time users. The legend in the walk does not have points of interest shown, or directions to such places. It only shows banking buildings etc..who cares about a banking building! Why doesn't it have clear directions to the Science Building, Grand Casino Arena, and many other points of interest within walking distance?? VERY disappointed with the whole experience of the sky-walk. It would have been nice for the hotel to have a clear map of the sky-walk system to points of interest.

The front desk staff was amazing, helpful for parking etc. She was awesome. Room was small, smelled of smoke. Over looked a ballroom which was noisy as they were having a wedding or something. Area outside had many people loitering throughout the day and night. Made us feel uneasy to walk places. Ubers were easy to catch though.

I enjoyed my one night stay. I went to a concert at the Xcel Energy Ctr. The hotel was close enough that I could walk to the concert. Other hotels closer were ridicously expensive. I loved the cookies at checkin. I would suggest a hotel shuttle for concerts. I'm 83 and I walked the 6 blocks. However, homeless guys along the way were a bit scary for me. I followed others walking that way and made it ok. I liked that I was able to park my own car.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The pool was great, with towels, which hasn't always been my experience at other hotels. Only negative is that it wasn't stated obviously anywhere that you had to pay for parking. $22 for a day.
