Fridley hotels from RM237

"I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. I did arrive early so my room wasn’t ready so I agreed to a different room but it wasn’t one with a view and I didn’t like it so I went back down and another lady helped me switch back to my originally room. I don’t recall her name but she was very patient. The rest of my stay, Zack helped me and he was really sweet. The only downside is the parking. It’s $32 per day for an in and out pass since the hotel doesn’t own the parking lot so it quite expensive. Other than that, I loved my stay."

"We had room service for breakfast and it was hot and delicious. The restaurant it also great. We had dinner the night prior."

"The hot tub was really not that hot, it was warm where I could put my 1 year old in it, and little bugs were floating in it. The main pool was very cold. The breakfast was basic, the toaster for your bagels out toast was broken. So your only options were waffles, fruit, cereal. The shower pressure was very weak, really didn’t feel the water at all. When we made our beds before we left for the day, than we came back and there was little black hairs all over our beds. We are all blonds and long hair! So that was really strange to us on where they came from since they were not there when we left. They were on top of the blankets and under the blankets. Housekeeping does not come in rooms until you check out. So who was in our room. All in all it’s what you hear, you get what you pay for! We didn’t pay a lot so didn’t expect anything nice. "

"Clean room is most important but the pillows were comfortable, breakfast was good and full of variety, and staff are friendly."

"The room was clean, the beds are comfortable but we couldn’t turn the heat in the room down, so our sleep was terrible. We ate and had drinks at the Firelake restaurant and everything was very enjoyable. The two wait staff seemed very pleasant but rushed ( understaffed for a Saturday night)."

"Only draw back was parking charge I did not see when booking. Breakfast ok but need another pancake/waffle maker"
