"I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms, they are clean and well kept. The pools are awesome as is the location. The elevators are a survival of the fittest, there are so many people staying at the hotel and when we were there not all elevators were working so you literally waited 10-15 mins sometimes just to ride the elevator up or down during peak times. Overall great for families but can be pricey with food, drinks and activities "

"There was not even a hot tub. The breakfast place did not even know how to cook scrambled eggs. Someone was playing music very loud late at night."

"Even with repairs on going out stay was still undisturbed and comfortable. Staff here are very friendly and helpful which why every time I visit O’ahu this is the hotel I choose to stay in. The location is convenient and easily accessible to most dining and shopping as well as the beachfront. "

"First time staying at this resort and it did not disappoint. There’s so much do to and the food options on the property are fantastic. I fell in love with housekeeping! They do such a great job cleaning daily and they are so warm and sweet! I also have to mention Joe at the outrigger activities center. Please go to him to schedule all your excursions. He was nice, patient and very accommodating. One elevator kept going out but it wasn’t a problem. The WiFi needs work. It wasn’t that great. I will be staying here again! "

"Property and staff are really nice. 2nd time staying here. Great location! I like the convenience of not having to walk far from my room to access the street. Room faced main street which was noisy at times during the night. If parking at hotel overnight, be prepared to pay expensive fee. I didn’t realize how expensive it was so I was shocked when I checked out. "
