"We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained. At night, the noise level was also an issue. We could clearly hear ambulances and sirens, which made it difficult to fully relax and rest. Overall, the hotel didn’t give us the Japan...

"Das Zimmer und Hotel war sehr sauber, alle wirklich freundlich und für Tokioverhältnisse war das Zimmer sogar ganz groß. Auch cool war unten gab es ein Cafe, dass heißt der Kaffee am morgen war gesichert. Super Zentral und toller Blick auf den Tokio Tower. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht gut abgedichtet und Nachts war es schon laut durch den Straßenlärm. Mit Oropax konnte man es aber dennoch gut aushalten. "

"Clean room. Cleaner comes every other day for changing bed sheets. We requested crib, bathtub and chair for 5 month old baby. We loved crib so much. Adjustable height with wheels. Bathtub was for baby who already can sit up because it didn’t come with head support. We chose Japanese apartments which was perfect with baby and 5years old."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding. Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout."

"The staff there are all really nice and helpful. The daily snack and drinks offering was good. The room was a lot smaller than imagined and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I also saw a dead roach by the lobby bathroom area. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t stay here again. It cost the same as the newer apartment style hotels."

"Situated near a number of underground stations which was handy for getting to and from the various places we wanted to see. Comfortable room with a very good shower. Excellent staff who were very polite and helpful. "
