"Me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de prácticamente todo, el personal es muy amable, puedes dejar tus maletas si llegas antes y después de hacer check out también. Las amenidades muy bien, de buena calidad. La cama muy cómoda y tiene 4 almohadas de buena calidad, algo que valoro mucho. No hay ruido por las mañanas o las noches, lo cual se agradece también. "Wonderful stay at a truly great hotel. Historic building is gorgeous, the room was large but cozy and spotless, bed super comfy, the staff is super attentive and kind, breakfast delicious. Tezontle, the rooftop restaurant that is part of the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend Casa de la Luz when staying in the Centro. I’ll be back! "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"It’s wonderfully located in the historic center. Staff were nice and attentive and the hotel smells beautifully. Wish the king size bed was a real king size bed and not 2 joined twin beds but at least they weren’t uncomfortable but you can feel the separation. Because of convenience and location, I will absolutely stay again. "

"I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The woman assisting us was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. What made the situation worse was an inappropriate comment she made implying that we didn’t have the money to pay. That kind of assumption is not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. There was no reason for us to be treated that way, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating....

"The apartment was fine. 2bd, 2 bath in good condition. Nelson who is staff was excellent, very attentive and super helpful. The issue is the noise. Very difficult to sleep, the window pane is thin and you can hear everything happening in the street. You would have motorcycles passing by at all hours of the night and would wake you up because of the exhaust, and then they would rev the engine. It was difficult to get a good night sleep every night. "
