"El servicio de estacionamiento y de valet parking es pésimo con tiempos de espera prolongados y gente poco amable. El resto del hotel es bueno, siempre y cuando no tengas que usar el parking!"

"The apartment was great. Staff was attentive to needs. Communication could be better prior to check-in. Very difficult to get in contact with anyone by email or phone. Overall it was a great stay and would stay again in the future. "

"Food was great! Cafe was 24 hrs and included in your stay so you didnt have to pay anything! The rooms were very clean and updated. The only issues we had were with some of the staff in the cafe, they seemed to have a very poor attitude with us specifically after hearing us speak english. One person in specific was A woman by the name Itzel, she had a very condescending tone anytime she answered our questions and it didnt make us feel very comfortable/welcome, The rest of the staff however were very helpful and happy to answer our questions! "
