"The staff were excellent, courteous and giving us any help we asked. The room was clean, but the showerbb by head must be adjusted so that it does not shoot water out of the shower. The cleaning crew was not professional. The best part of our stay was the daily breakfast. It was free! "

We had an issue with our door not closing and the staff looked after our things so our plans were not ruined while it got fixed. Very honest people. I rate this hotel 10/10. I will come here with my family again and spread the word without a doubt."

"The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "

"What a beautiful boutique hotel in an Unbelievable location. A 600 year old historic building only 2 blocks from the Zocolo. Renovated perfectly with old school charm and modern amenities. The on site restaurant is fabulous. We ate there twice on a four night stay. Simply put this place is a cannot miss if you can find availability, few rooms. Worth every minute. "

"Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room.
