"The location is awesome, staff are very helpful and friendly had a couple of small issues and they were resolved asap. Sadly not so clean, the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned along with washing machine and dish washer. I would not recommend the bath and shower gel as it made my skin super dry. User manuals or basic instructions would be helpful. Our rooms were sound proof, comfortable beds, black out curtains were good, good views,. We had west facing apartment that caught the winter...

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."

"Easy self check in to both the building and the room. Kitchen and laundry well appointed for a short stay. Meeting space in the lobby area a cool spot. Pleasant music well chosen and at the right volume in the shared areas. Excellent rooftop with pool and spa overlooking the area towards the city. BBQ unfortunately not working during our stay. Many places to sit with the morning coffee. Friendly cleaning staff. Would stay again if the room rate was similar."

"Great place to stay. Close to everything that we needed. Everything was provided for our stay including dishwasher tablets, dishwasher liquid, clothes washing powder. There was a clothes drying rack as well as a clothes drier (not used). Iron and iron table provided too. Air con was good, the control was set high so I could not see it clearly- I could not figure out how to turn the fan speed down. Lovely balcony with furniture We’d stay here again if we were in Brisbane "

"We have stayed at a Rambla property in Brisbane before- so knew what to expect. As with the last property the app used to enter the building/lift/apartment was hit and miss ( didnt work at all on my phone) but the pin code was brilliant and was a lot easier to use - we were there for 3 weeks so it was easy to use the code. The apartment itself was functional- we had one where the bedroom was divided off from the main room with sliding doors which was not the best feature as the doors had frosted...

"Room & kitchen was clean & well maintained. Staff were helpful after we had a toilet seat issue. We changed rooms. Secure parking was good although a little difficult to get to."
