"Property is very centrally located with numerous facilities, shopping, food options and transport both public and private in the immediate area. Check in was easy and trouble free. With respect the rooms they were more than adequate for our needs and well serviced. Wifi worked fine. Good security with keycard access at night and a night manager. The only suggestion for improvement would be for a bedside power outlet. There were very limited power outlets available in the room with one at one...

"Confusion over package perks! Drinks in happy hour etc… Breakfast add in’s Generally didn’t get told what we were entitled to. The room was amazing, very happy with it! •Through Expedia App. asked questions and never got an answer with communication with contacting the hotel. I rang Expedia directly, for answers. I also rang the hotel directly as well and Spoke to a young lady a few days prior to our booking and she was not helpful and had no idea."

"Hotel in good location, we booked a nice riverview room. The view is fantastic. The room is spacious. It is a five-star hotel, front desk staff are really helpful. The location is just on the river. The breakfast wasn't up to the standard of a five-star hotel, with not too much variety and items repeated every day, but the staff there were great. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay."
