"The hotel is beautiful. Has so much to offer. I wanted a kid friendly hotel with Slides and lazy rivers with beautiful views in Palm Springs area and this was my only choice. So glad I booked it and we will now make this hotel our summer annual fam trip. Only thing and it’s so small compared to Our whole stay was I called front desk for coffee refills for our room as we got Ready to leave this was about an hour before check out and we never got our Coffee. Again it’s nothing major and still happy with our stay. 5 stars ! "

"The staff at the Ayres is wonderful. We will be visiting the Moreno Valley area many time in the future (new grand baby) and we will be staying at the Ayres every time."

"My family loves desert hot springs spa and hotel. We’ve been here multiple times this year. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We needed a room change due to my son’s recent knee surgery Brandy and Tom we’re on it. They were able to get us a room that didn’t require going up stairs. I love this hotel and the amazing staff. It’s always a pleasure visiting DHS spa and hotel. "
