"The staff was very helpful. There was only one ice machine that didn't work, so we went three days without ice. We were told to go to the restaurant and pay $1.00 for some ice. To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours. The TV in the room is 38 inches, about the size of a computer screen. The floors were slanted, and I felt like I had vertigo. I really don't think I will stay there again. Oh, and there’s no iron or microwave in the room."

"The pools were nice but they need resurfacing. The bottom of the big pool is really rough. Our room could have used some serious cleaning. The sliding doors leading out to the patio were quite dirty and they didn’t lock securely. The nightstand between the beds had sticky stuff all over it. The front of the fridge was also dirty. We had no hot water and the lamp in the suite part of turn room did not work. It’s a very dated hotel that is showing its age. "

"Fresh design for a minimalist hotel. Rooms are comfortable yet simple, with lots of room to sort gear for hikers or rock climbers. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was modern and a good size"

"Very nice hotel with a decent free breakfast, rooms were very clean, furniture was showing signs of use... would have appreciated a cleaner sofa and one drawer on dresser would not stay closed... but bed was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was clean as well as nice heavy clean towels. "
