Our stay in Hyatt exceeded the expectations. Service, room, facilities were great. What impressed me the most are tours offered by Hyatt (Adventures). In particular there was a tour called “Meadows Moonlight Hike” hosted by Chris. We were walking surrounded by gorgeous trees covered with snow in a darkness under the stars and Chris was talking about stars, some stories and at the end offered a hot chocolate that was priceless given that it was 16 degrees. The experience was unforgettable and I count this as one of the best tours I even attended (I visited 52 countries btw).

Amazing Stay
Beautiful and comfortable two bedroom property with kitchen and family room. The back porch has a beautiful view for pines, boulders and pool. Within walking distance of The Lone Eagle Grill. Amazing value!

Very friendly and welcoming staffs. Rooms were very cozy, modern and super clean. Excellent amenities especially the clean, heated pools. What a great way to spend a relaxing short weekend getaway with family.

The air conditioning does not reach the bedrooms so on warmer days it takes a while to cool them.

Hi, Unfortunately, the system was designed over twenty years ago when the property was first built. Tahoe air is fresh and cool so we suggest opening the windows at night! Stayed in two bedroom with living space. Enjoyed the decor and layout, view into trees, gas fireplace, being able to cook in fully stocked kitchen and eat comfortablly at dining table. There is a patio/balcony one can sit in if it's not wet outside. Each room has a spacious bathroom, one with a tub/shower, other w shower. Plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. Close to unit parking (cost part of "resort fee"). Reception extremely friendly. For covid, though everything looked perfectly clean, I appreciated that there was a pack of disinfectant wipes, and that the tv (one in each room) in the living room was wrapped in hygienic packaging. All staff we encountered friendly and masked. Signage helps visitors remember distancing (eg 1 person in elevator if not in same family etc). Fire pits and pool open, hottub closed for covid. All family felt very comfortable while walking around. Beyond this, one can go to adjacent property (which has a casino area) to use it's larger pool and gyms. Easy walk to the beach. Grocery store is a 5 min drive away. Family very much enjoyed our stay and we agreed we'd like to return.

We have been traveling all summer and this is probably our 20th hotel since May. I would NEVER stay here again and I love the Hyatt Brand. We stayed here once before and they messed up on our bill and it took 2 days to have it corrected but this time was way worse. Firstly the front desk gentleman Steven Caldwell was rude and incompetent. We paid almost a thousand dollars for one night and requested a checkout of 11 am instead of 10 am since it was a Sunday - check in for the next guests was at 4 and we literally paid a thousand dollars for one night. He said no. As a platinum traveler I’ve never been told no - usually we are given until 1 - sometimes even 3. He refused 11 and called us harassing us to leave starting at 1035! He sent people to our room to bang on the door! He was rude, obnoxious and totally incompetent. He never even told us at check in that checkout was 10 am then brutally enforced the time. He then charged my amex despite us prepaying fir the room on hotels.com because he “didn’t know how to reverse it” then after my husband got involved he blamed it on Expedia! I left several messages for a manager and never received a call back!!! Do not stay here! Stay at the hotel. The Hyatt hotel is fantastic and service is amazing. Not this place. I’ve never in my life written such a negative review but I am shocked at how we were treated as we still wait for our refund as we were double charged
