"We love these little villas and this is our second stay here. Villas very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for Disney and the Val d'Europe. We did have an issue with the heating - upstairs very warm, downstairs very cold and despite visits from the engineer it was not resolved but it didn't detract from us enjoying our stay here again. "

"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment.
