"stayed here w four other ppl and there was plenty of space for all of us! right about a subway station so it was super convenient to get around. walking distance from dontonbori and osaka tower. there’s a lawton’s,7/11, and family mart nearby so it was great for late night snacks. and a block down there’s a great bento place for cheap eats ! "

"Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka."

"We stayed for 4 nights. This place was very clean , very comfortable beds , nice views of the city from the balcony. We stayed in the 14th floor family of 5. Close to the station. The only thing no restaurants or stores around it. You can still hear the trains at night. And we saw a lot of garbage on the streets close to the building. "

"Stayed for family of 5 in a room. The check in process is a bit confusing. But we finally figured out how to contact someone on the IPad provided at the front desk. Overall, the space and size of the place is just right. It is close to transportation and convenience store which is a plus. The cost for the value is ok, a little higher than I expected. Overall good experience. "

"Very clean, and check in was very easy. The room is very high tech, which is cool, but better instructions on how to use the washing machine and the bathtub would have been helpful. Also, the motion light in the hallway is pretty obnoxious at night for the others that are sleeping. "

"Good location. Close to Dontonbori and other shopping. Also close to train stations and we were able to get around town fairly easily. Room was a little dated but was very clean. Overall good deal for the price. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk.
