"The staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well presented. The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality.
