What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort
The staff were very helpful. Facilities were great however, rooms were a little dated but had all the necessary amenities for a short stay.

Jesmond Executive Villas
Unit was comfortable, quiet and pristine but stainless steel bin in bathroom had rusty lid which rather detracts from the overall impression. Ironing board cover thin and stained and needs replacing
