Still a 5-star review for me, because we were aware of this when booking, but it is definitely noisier than expected for first-time travellers to New York"

Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."

"The location is great if you are visiting someone in the East Village. There is no parking associated with the property. There is no front desk - contactless check in. It is the city so there is definitely noise when trying to get to sleep. Also sound room to room and floor to floor."

"Superb location and very quiet. We were 5 people and wanted a kitchen so this was it. Kitchen had just basics and less than 500m to a food store. All NYC is expensive and this matched. Enough room for us. The only issue was that the WIFI/internet was really slow"
