"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late...

"There was a really big roach behind my bed & i realized after i had already slept a night there then its poorly cleaned everything is dusty , shower head is nasty & dirty, no back part to the remote, holes in the covers & i stayed in a non smoking room, holes in the room & the mirror was cracked "

"The place was very clean, the decor felt modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, the simple kitchen was very convenient for our road trip because we could cook some basic hot meals. The only issue was that the electric stove took quite a long time to boil water, so I hope that can be improved. "The people who run this are very nice, but the condition of the hotel inside needs a major overhaul. The elevator didn’t work, so we took the stairs 3 flights up. The carpet all throughout is stained and dirty. Our room smelled of old smoke and iron and there were roaches. I stayed 3 hours and turned in my card key letting the front desk know I would not be back."
