"Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded. "

Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"
