"The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge before that is the temperature of the private pool. There must be an alternative of heated option for these pools."

Food and cleaning was excellent and the staff was above and beyond… Our personal Concierge Julio Rodriguez was 100/10 .. he even prepared a Happy Anniversary surprise without asking … I am Very grateful for everything… It is a quiet place , perfect for relaxing . "Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. My 1 bedroom was outside of the pool with kids constantly screaming. I was able to tune it out but the bedroom located in the back faced the road and you can clearly hear every car driving by. Thankful the road is clamber at night. On my second day there was a high pitched loud buzzing sound coming from the courtyard. I couldn’t tune this sound out and it was extremely irritating. I walked around to see where it was coming from and finally asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I also noticed my balcony door didn’t close all the way. The front desk said we don’t have any other one bedrooms available and said nobody ever complained about this noise. I offered to take a downgrade or even pay for an upgrade to no avail. I convinced them to come hear the sound and they finally agreed and learned the sound was coming from a motor outside of my room. They shut off the motor and all was well and they sent someone to fix the door. The motor was back on my last day but I just dealt with it. The front desk could have handled the situation better and offered some accommodation rather than dismissing my claims. Overall it’s a nice place but not relaxing and staff could have been better. I’d think twice before booking this place or at least book a room on the higher floor to avoid the noise. "

"A rustic resort in the Tulum jungle with friendly, helpful staff and good location. Nahouse is a unique accommodation with only a few rustic cabins, a natural pool, and close to downtown. The biggest drawback is the poor state of the dirt roads but that has no bearing on the quality of the accommodations. "

"There are bugs in the room. The pool water is dirty, and there is a lack of consideration for guests; it seems the hotel is only focused on making money. It is not worth the price. I recommend not going."

"The stay is beyond beautiful! Guests need access to more light in the rooms, microwave, electrical heating water pot for teas and coffee! Other than that the stay is amazing! Staff was amazing specially Manuel who helped us alot during our stay! "
