"The property is very nice! It’s located a little off the beaten path so some roads are undeveloped, but it wouldn’t deter me from coming back in the future. Pasqual, the property manager, was welcoming and waited for us to check in at 9pm. Be prepared to hear animal noises at night but overall, it was a pleasant experience!"

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We had a lovely time at Una vida. We had reserved the one bedroom suite via Expedia in which photographs had shown a bathtub however our suite did not have a bathtub. We inquired with the staff and the following day we were switched to another one bedroom suite which did have both the shower and a bath as we had been looking forward to. "The luxury 2 queen room was so surprisingly extra spacious with its uber high ceilings, and no unit was on top of us on the ground floor. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooftop garden was surprising. The free breakfast was great as well - were pleasantly surprised there was a free made to order entree and not just buffet style."

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
