"It’s been a few years since I stayed in this well located hotel - I always remembered it positively but it’s been recently refurbished and it shows. The room was super comfy and very nicely decorated. The only noise was from revellers coming back to their rooms late. Shower was excellent - awesome pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast was the best I’ve experienced in many years: I went down at quite a busy time but was seated quickly, and all the food and supplies were well stocked, and hot! Staff were discreet, and efficient and polite. "

"The whole hotek was very accessible to ICC and we enjoyed our stay there. The place is clean and the breakfast has so many options. Even with warm meals. Edu, who assisted us in checking in was very accommodating. Thank you so much!"

"Lovely clean room, staff were kind, great amenities, the staff made the sofa bed up for me as I’ve recently had a C-section. Shower was lovely and powerful, rituals toiletries lovely too. We stayed in a Grand Apartment and it was so spacious. Cannot fault our stay, close to Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Would recommend to everyone. "
