"Overall good experience, food was a hit or miss some days, staff was overall friendly for the most part. Definitely recommend them getting Bracelets or wrist bands for VIP XL club members due to the variety and liquor quality, therefore VIP members I recommend only going to the XL lounge to get liquor the quality is much better compared to the swim up bars."

"We had an incredible stay at Ocean Blue & Sand! This was a family vacation we'll never forget, and we made so many wonderful memories together. The food exceeded our expectations. I didn't have a bad meal the entire trip. Between the Italian, Japanese hibachi, steakhouse, buffet, and other restaurants, there was always something delicious to eat. Even if you can't get a reservation at a specialty restaurant, don't worry—the buffet is outstanding with fresh food and plenty of variety. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I appreciated that every restaurant asked about food allergies and did their best to accommodate me. The staff even found desserts I could safely eat. My only suggestion would be better labeling of gluten-free items at the buffet and a little more food allergy education for the waitstaff. The resort is beautiful, with two large pools, fun swim-up bars, plenty of lounge chairs, and an incredibly friendly staff. The only downside was the restaurant reservation system. Reservations are made the same day, and because our family had two rooms, we had to make separate reservations and hope we could be seated together. Tip: Bring a reusable water bottle. There are filtered water stations by the pools, but we went through the bottled water in our room quickly and had to request more. You'll definitely want to stay hydrated in the Caribbean heat—especially between drinks! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to our Expedia Butler, Noris, for making our vacation even more enjoyable and unforgettable. She checked in with us every morning to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. When we mentioned that my husband's birthday was during our trip, she went above and beyond to help arrange a birthday cake for him. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay extra special. We truly appreciate everything she did and hope to see her again on our next visit."
