"I loved the staff Just as much as I enjoyed the property, as everyone was really friendly and helpful. Ask for Ismael at the start of your stay, he’s excellent! My only suggestion for this resort is to make sure you book on the adults side if you’re traveling as a couple or with friends. The family side was A bit overwhelming with a lot of noise and commotion from children. I also wasn’t a fan of the fact that the kids were allowed to eat at the adult restaurants or participate in adult activities, Despite the many signs around the property that indicated adults only. Overall, it was extremely clean, staff were always readily available to help. And the grounds are immaculate. The food is hit or miss at the buffet, but the seafood restaurant and surf and turf were exquisite. I will definitely be back, as I’ve stayed at the same resort in other countries, and it never disappoints me."

"My friend Shannon and I LOVED this resort. The food was good, the service was amazing and more importantly the staff became friends during our time (shout out to the enrichment/activities crew: Coca Cola, 29, queen!!) We would absolutely recommend to any age group (we are in our mid 20s). Best resort out of them all! We hope to be back soon"
