"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but unfortunately not one we would repeat.
The drinks were consistently good, and the bartenders were always in a great mood, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The coffee bar was another highlight, offering several enjoyable options and excellent service. In general, the staff at the bars were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
The food, however, was no better than average. While the buffet offered a broad selection of dishes, the overall quality was not particularly convincing. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning after eating at the sports bar, which significantly impacted the rest of the evening and most of the following day.
The pool areas were very nice, and the entertainment team did an excellent job. The animation activities were fun, engaging, and contributed positively to the overall vacation experience.
The hotel room was disappointing considering the relatively young age of that section of the resort. The bathroom wall was already deteriorating, and the washbasin area had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. An escaping cockroach in the underwear drawer was another memorable highlight, though not in the way one would hope for."
