Bad careless room makeup staff
"My room should be Deluxe Double Room but they gave me different room but it was still ok. Only the room makeup staff very careless never top up the shampoo & bath soap even the first day of check in, never top up the the 2 daily free drinks too . so I have to call the reception at md night to send shampoo cause I was going take bath , lady send the bottle of shampoo. Cleaning staff never cleaned my tables even the coffee drooping were still there & the food drooping were still on the room service person dont clean the room even did not top up face towels too. Hotel is nice but staff careless. but no shuttle to first world theme park , its only from 2 pm to 7 pm its very inconvenient even guests are paying for it they should provide service from morning till mid night.MY ROOM NUMBER WAS 21610. this kind of staff give bad name to the Hotel. "
