"Staff reception did not listen to me. Was preoccupied. It is a new premises with a few minor issues. We were not informed that an additional deposit was required, no tissues supplied, no milk available. The mattress was exceptional."

"Spacious apartment and you cannot beat the location for access to Leura’s mall, the station, the highway and the Elysian Bar & Restaurant across the road.
A tip from us, do not believe Expedia’s message that reception is only open Monday to Friday. In fact it’s open both days of the weekend which made check in (at the top of the driveway) very easy."

"Parking was cheap, safe and efficient. Allowed to leave car there while attending appointment at the hospital nearby
All facilities needed for a stay if you had someone in nepean hospital
