"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

"The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. "This is a wonderful place to stay in Puna. It is in the heart of the area and they regularly host events, which can be fun to attend. They have a cafe at the reception area with some healthy food options, mostly pre-made."

"We arrived early and there was no option for early check in. The keyless entry was frustrating and very inconvenient. They provide a 9 digit code you must use to get on an elevator, open doors on the property and enter your room. That’s very inconvenient when traveling with kids and no one can remember the code. The water was also turned off to the property during our stay with no means of showering, cooking or using the restrooom. There was no communication regarding this shut off and again...

"This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. This was my first visit to Hawaii and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here! Also….if you choose...
