The room was very nice and spacious with a decent view of the ocean. I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing.

This is my second time at this hotel. It has been a good stay each time. I was in the West building this time. There was the sound of an engine running for most of the night I found annoying and it is time to update the dresser that was in disrepair. We loved the view, the beds were comfy, and the beautiful lobby smelled fantastic! Great swimming beach with lots of tropical fish, and the luau was so much fun! All the staff was so friendly! Thanks for making our Hawaiian adventure special!

The primary reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. My wife has back issues at the end of our days of travels. We hope to come back and relax there. It was cold the entire four days.
