Our room unfortunately has little ants crawling around in the bathtub and bar area. Our carpet was also stained. The restaurant was good and had happy hour. We definitely utilized the complementary drinks. Staff and valet were very helpful. The gift shop was closed due to construction or something.

I was just here for a short stay solo. Very helpful and polite staff. Great restraunt and food. Room was a bit tired. It needed paint, and a some small finish items were damaged or broken (including the security lock on the door). A little noisy due to location near stairwell and door undercut with no sweeps installed. Overall I enjoyed the property, staff, food, and location. I would recommend a stay for families and or those looking for solid mid tier accommodations.

Clean room, ocean viewing, pool and restaurants were delicious. My only complaint is I was on the 12th floor and when carrying all my luggage after waiting for 20 minutes for the elevator I finally trucked it all down the stairs myself. Only one functional elevator, skips the 12th floor if there’s people using it below you.

Room service was great and quick, especially after a long day of traveling. The girls at the front desk are fantastic and so incredibly kind. The view was also beautiful.
