Nothing can be done from the staff, they were amazing. Hotel was under renovation it seemed and the hall ways were paper thin. The tv did not revieve signal so it didnt work at all. But again ibwant to impress how amazing the staff was to help with what was in their control.

Toaster didn’t work, breakfast was good, door handles were a bit odd and had to be pulled in specific directions. All in all a great stay. Wonderfully kept property - very comfortable and extraordinarily clean.

Edit: Julie, the manager, was able to figure things out the next morning. She apologized and offered us a free room next time. So we’ll be back! It’s a hidden gem. Original: What a disaster! The front desk person couldn’t find my Expedia reservation even though I had text and email confirmations and the reservation number. I had no choice but to pay again (a much higher price) and hope that the manager will make it right. We’ve stayed here several times over the past few years and I’m really disappointed. Once you get checked in (it took us over an hour), the rooms are clean and quiet.

I am sorry your reservation didn't show up on computer the way it should of. Our main computer at the front desk went down recently & we are waiting for a new one to arrive. As I told you at checkout no checking in shouldn't have taken that long & again, we are deeply sorry that it happened to you. I am sorry she didn't reassure you that I would fix it in the morning. The next time you stay please call the hotel & ask for Julie.Again, we appreciate your business.

Everything was great except a little crowded during breakfast time. One large group gathered around two tables which didn't leave much room for other guests to enjoy their breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and really quiet. We will plan to stay again.

I found the Inn very clean and quiet. The breakfast was average stuff. There were convenience stores close by (walking distance), plus they sold things onsite as well if you didn't want to go out.
